Your items will be sent via NZ Post Economy tracked. Normally, a small C5 envelope ($5.60) can fit up to 3 board books. A C4 envelope ($7.10) can fit up to 10 softcover books; or a mix of softcover & board books.

What are the payment options?

We accept credit card and debit card payments via Stripe. PayPal, and bank transfers are also available.

What is your return policy?

Items are carefully checked prior to sending. Refunds and returns are taken on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you have any issues.

Do you deliver internationally?

At the moment, we are only able to ship within New Zealand.

Can I pick up my purchase?

Yes, please message us to arrange pickup. The items are available for pick up in the North Shore (Auckland) or we can meet you in Auckland CBD.
